FEATURES
* Two cutting angles 45 & 90 degree.

INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES
* Draw outline on cutting material.
* Put the cardboard under the cutting material to protect cutting surface and to insure base and mat firmly.
* Hook mount cutter on special guide rail of ruler or against any straight edge. Slide blade slightly move mat cutter from side to side several times and slowly increase cut depth in each time.
* Mount cutter cutting should separately use to insure perfect cuts.
* When use one side cutter, please store up the other side blade.
